On 9th September, Her Magesty The Queen will become the longest serving monarch in British history.
To celebrate this, a Roast Beef Supper will be hosted by Aaron at the Vane Arms on the 9th along with a peel of bells from the Church. Also, a Tea Party will be held on Sunday, 13th September in the Francis Giffin Memorial Hall for the whole village. Tea is free, but if cakes and biscuits could be donated for the tea, that would be lovely.
This is a very important landmark in our history so let us all celebrate it together.
